Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager, EPC Procurement to lead end-to-end EPC contracting for wind, solar and BESS projects. You will drive market engagement, RFP development, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract governance across multiple sites in a hybrid role.

Hybrid role based in Houston, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; San Francisco, CA; or Denver, CO. Requirements include 3–5 years (Manager) or 6–8+ years (Senior Manager) of EPC contracting experience with leadership

Qualifications

• BS in a related field required; advanced degrees a plus.
• Demonstrated EPC contracting/negotiation experience.
• Experience leading teams or projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC contracting for wind, solar and BESS projects.
• Drive market engagement, RFP development, bid evaluation and negotiations.
• Govern contract structures to allocate cost, schedule and risk.
• Coordinate with Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Maintain market intelligence on contractors and policy factors.
