Clearsite Industrial invites applications for a Field Services Account Manager based in Allentown, PA. In this role you will drive growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate with the sales team to deliver environmental services, including hazardous waste remediation and emergency response.

The position requires 5+ years in B2B sales with a background in field or industrial services, strong CRM usage, and willingness to travel. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.

• 5+ years of B2B sales, account management, and business development experience.
• Proven track record meeting revenue targets in field or industrial services.
• Experience with environmental remediation or emergency response a plus.
• Experience using CRM tools to track accounts and activities.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritizing health and safety and following safe work practices.
• Developing new business opportunities and securing field services work.
• Collaborating with internal sales teams and local branches.
• Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts and opportunities.
• Assist with invoiced revenue collection.
• Maintain CRM records and reporting.
