Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years in environmental compliance within regulated settings.
- 7+ years of leadership managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of environmental professionals across multiple disciplines.
- Interface with federal/state agencies to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Oversee environmental permitting, reporting, and auditing programs.
- Develop and improve environmental compliance management systems.
