Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a program manager to oversee environmental compliance at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role focuses on hazardous waste profiling, shipping, Storm Water compliance, and related regulatory programs.

You will supervise waste management and compliance staff, conduct internal audits, and coordinate with regulatory agencies and city officials to meet permits and site requirements. A chemistry background and strong communication skills are required.

• Experience or knowledge of waste profiling and management techniques.
• College level Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Supervise waste management and compliance staff.
• Conduct internal reviews/audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
• Perform environmental audits to ensure adherence to regulatory permits and contractual standards.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Interact with city officials and industrial contacts to achieve compliance objectives.
