Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Environmental Audit Program Manager to lead regional audits across the AMER region and ensure regulatory compliance for our data center operations. You will partner with environmental, operations, and leadership teams to guide audits from planning to remediation.

The role requires strong strategic and tactical skills, excellent communication, and a track record in complex audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience in handling internal & external audits.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Spanish language skills preferred (Preferred Qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Leadership and commitment to evolve the Environmental Audit program.
• Risk management and planning across AWS global operations.
• Implementation and operation of the Audit program for compliance and performance.
• Performance evaluation with regular audits and data-driven improvements.
• Continual improvement through reviews, actions, and innovative approaches.
