Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Environmental Audit Program Manager to lead regional audits across the AMER region and partner with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and top-tier environmental performance of AWS data center operations.

The role requires strong strategic and tactical skills, the ability to influence senior leadership, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience handling internal & external audits.
• Experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments for major compliance efforts (e.g. ISO 14001).
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Environmental Audit program across AWS AMER region.
• Identify and assess environmental risks; develop strategic plans to address them.
• Oversee design and deployment of the audit program to enhance environmental performance and compliance.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance; present to top management.
• Drive continual improvement and action across the organization.
