Job summary
BD Mexico is seeking a senior Talent Management professional to lead assigned talent engagements, integrate data and leadership input, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership development, succession planning and talent movement. You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive decisions that strengthen bench strength and readiness.
The role requires extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic HR partnering within a global matrix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree in HR, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned talent engagements with clear scope, outcomes, decision points, and stakeholder alignment.
- Integrate talent data and leadership input to form clear talent options and recommendations.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners on significant talent decisions.
- Facilitate targeted talent discussions and reviews ensuring clear decisions and ownership.
- Shape practical recommendations for identified talent populations and development needs.
