LoanPro in Farmington, UT seeks a Customer Solution Consultant to bridge business requirements and technical solution design for enterprise clients.

You will lead technical discussions, craft scalable integrations, and contribute to revenue growth through ROI-focused recommendations and proactive problem solving. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales to close opportunities and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical client-facing role such as Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven track record in designing and scoping complex technical solutions involving API integration and SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant for Customer Success Managers on client accounts.
• Lead technical discussions with clients as SME on LoanPro products and integrations.
• Craft ideal, scalable solution designs and collaborate with Professional Services to ensure clear implementation.
• Create and review detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for Professional Services engagements.
