Job summary

You will ensure scalable technical designs, maintain KPI targets, and serve as a bridge between customers and Product/Engineering, translating business needs into robust API-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role with leadership exposure.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach the TSM team to improve APIs, payloads, and database queries.
• Oversee complex architecture designs and sign off on technical solutions.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with Product/Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Optimize TSM workflows and drive better documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize feature requests.
• Allocate resources with VP of Technical Success and support sales on upsell.
