Job summary

Agfa HealthCare seeks a Global Enterprise Solutions Architect to define and govern a global solution architecture portfolio. You will lead cloud-native, SaaS-ready transformations and drive standardisation across on‑premise, hybrid and cloud models.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, product, R&D, and services to translate customer requirements into viable designs and to support strategic sales opportunities with architecture reviews and collateral.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture, infrastructure design, cloud technologies, or healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, virtualization, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud solutions within AWS and/or other major cloud providers.
• Experience with containerisation technologies and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and evolve AGFA HealthCare's global solution architecture portfolio.
• Lead the architectural transition to containerised Kubernetes platforms and cloud-native SaaS models.
• Collaborate with executives and product teams to align architectures with business strategy.
• Support strategic sales opportunities through solution design and customer presentations.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and collateral.
• Mentor global solution design resources and promote governance.
