Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services in Plano, TX is seeking a seasoned SharePoint Online Platform Leader to own the enterprise platform and governance. You’ll partner with business and IT, drive modernization, and oversee managed services teams to improve adoption and value.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, roadmaps, and governance standards, leading cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering measurable improvements in governance maturity, user experience, and security alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft 365 platform experience.
• Experience leading enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience managing managed services resources or vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with governance, information architecture, metadata, and platform operations.
• Experience developing platform roadmaps, modernization strategies, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal SharePoint Online platform owner and trusted business advisor.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Develop and communicate a clear platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
• Identify modernization, automation, and innovation opportunities.
• Establish governance guardrails that enable business productivity while managing risk.
• Guide managed services teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Provide technical leadership and informed platform decision-making.
• Deliver measurable improvements in adoption, governance maturity, and operational effectiveness.
