Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) is seeking a Senior SharePoint Online Platform Engineer to own and optimize the SPO environment in a hybrid Plano, TX setting. You will govern architecture, templates, and security, guiding offshore teams to high-quality delivery.

The role focuses on modernization, automation with Power Automate and Graph API, and ensuring identity-driven access through Entra ID and lifecycle processes, aligning SPO with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting and administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises.
• Deep knowledge of SPO administration, permissions, site architecture, lists/libraries, SPFx, and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading offshore managed services or vendor-led supports.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, metadata, taxonomy, and information lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and PowerShell (PnP) for building workflows and platform automation.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, ADFS, and identity-driven access models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Governance, Operations & Managed Services – establish standards and lead offshore support teams.
• Modernization & Automation – drive Classic to Modern migrations and automation with Power Automate and scripts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – align SPO with enterprise standards and partner with security and IT teams.
• Risk Management & Compliance – ensure audit readiness and data governance across SPO.
• User Enablement & Knowledge Management – develop training and guidance for site owners and offshore teams.
