Job summary

Bluebird Fiber is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow revenue from enterprise customers across commercial, government, education, medical, and financial sectors in the Midwest.

You will analyze market trends, set sales objectives, provide timely quotes, and collaborate with delivery and network teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role requiring leadership and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales capacity.
• Experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop enterprise accounts in target sectors.
• Establish relationships with customers, network providers and vendors.
• Provide timely quotes and project estimates for services.
• Achieve sales targets and forecast results accurately.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Network Planning teams.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
