Tutor Intelligence, an AI robotics company, seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to expand our footprint across 3PLs, distributors, and brand-operated warehouses in the Los Angeles area. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to signed contracts, building strategic relationships and driving multi-site deployments with complex buying groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise or complex B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling into logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, automation, or enterprise technology.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, business-case development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and translate operational challenges into compelling solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own opportunities from prospecting through discovery, demonstrations, pilots/POCs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Generate opportunities through outreach, industry events, inbound leads, and partnerships; develop relationships with decision-makers.
• Assess customer operations, workflows, and site requirements; validate solution fit and develop business cases that demonstrate financial and operational value.
• Coordinate demonstrations and pilots, establish success criteria, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and drive deals to close.
• Work with product, engineering, and deployment teams to align customer needs and ensure smooth handoff from contract to deployment and ongoing account growth.
