Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to expand our footprint across 3PLs, distributors, and brand-operated warehouses. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, building strategic relationships and driving multi-site deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, strong consulting skills, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers. Willingness to travel and collaborate across product, engineering, and deployment teams is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise or complex B2B sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
• Experience selling into logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, automation, robotics, or enterprise technology.
• Strong negotiation, discovery, business-case development, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and translate operational challenges into compelling solutions.
• Excellent communication, commercial judgment, organization, and forecasting skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities from prospecting through negotiations and contract execution, managing pipeline and targets.
• Generate opportunities via networks, events, inbound leads, and partnerships; build multi-site expansion.
• Assess customer operations and develop business cases with financial and operational value.
• Coordinate demonstrations and pilots, develop proposals, and drive deals to close.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, deployment teams; handoff to Deployment and support long-term growth.
