Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead long-range, high-visibility programs with cross-functional teams and executive sponsor involvement. You will drive planning, governance, and successful delivery from initiation through closeout.

The role emphasizes stakeholder and vendor management, risk mitigation, and adherence to PM methodologies to deliver strategic outcomes for complex information systems and large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working effectively in team environments within matrix organizations.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements.
• 5+ years of experience applying Project Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience with system development methodologies for building new systems and enhancing existing information systems.
• 5+ years of experience communicating stakeholder needs clearly and effectively.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable solutions.
• 5+ years of experience communicating across teams, building consensus, facilitating working sessions, and negotiating outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining positive interactions, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and programs with executive-level visibility and accountability.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor engagement, including monthly executive sponsor meetings and project health updates.
• Establish and monitor project controls for cost, schedule, quality, and change management.
• Develop project plans, staffing strategies, and lifecycle reporting from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, deliverables, and cross-functional team execution.
• Perform long-term release planning aligned with organizational priorities.
• Escalate project risks and issues to executive leadership when appropriate.
• Ensure projects follow established project management methodology and prioritization processes.
