Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Finance Systems initiatives across Corporate Finance, Treasury, Capital Markets, Trading and Accounting. You will partner with business leaders, Product Managers, Technology Leads, Data, Risk, Compliance and vendors to deliver solutions on Workday, FIS, TPG and Bloomberg, from intake to stabilization.

This role requires disciplined governance, effective executive communication, and strong delivery management across scope,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering financial systems or enterprise finance initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong governance and change-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects and program workstreams.
• Define scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, resources, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and governance cadences across teams.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized roadmaps, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate design, integrations, data migration, testing/UAT, deployment, and handoff.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on milestones, risks, budgets, capacity, and release readiness.
