Job summary

United Communications in Franklin, TN is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs and provide oversight across the EPT portfolio. You will partner with executive leaders and stakeholders to ensure prioritized, governed, and successful delivery.

This senior individual contributor role does not require direct people management but offers functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams within a dynamic broadband environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, consulting, transformation, or PMO leadership.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance, operations, and systems implementation environments.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, strategic programs spanning multiple functions or departments.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Operational Analytics, Systems Integration, Salesforce, and DevOps stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into executable project plans with milestones, risks, and metrics.
• Drive governance, status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate multiple projects and dependencies to align with program objectives.
• Identify barriers and enable timely decisions and resolution.
