Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Enterprise PMO Program Manager to join the Enterprise Strategy & Planning team in Newport News, VA. The role oversees alignment and execution of critical initiatives, partnering with VPs and Directors to deliver on time and within budget.

The position is hybrid with three days in the Newport News office and two days remote; remote work may be considered for the right candidate living outside the area. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across customer groups, business, functions (e.g., Technology, HR, Finance) and other key partner groups.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and ensure adherence to budgetary and resource allocation parameters.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure programs achieve intended business outcomes, with a focus on value realization and return on investment.
• Mentor and guide project/program management personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
• Establish solid governance that includes managing risks & dependencies.
• Eloquent in communicating with team members at varied levels and promotes consistent reporting.
• Tenaciously work to meet or exceed challenging goals and foster continuous improvement.
