The position supports a remote within the United States or a hybrid arrangement for associates in Newport News, VA, with a focus on driving value through strategic product direction and disciplined execution.

Formación

• 6+ years in Product Ownership or related Agile roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Technical knowledge of backend integrations, APIs, MongoDB and Java.
• Experience with enterprise-scale backend integration projects.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to shape vision and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned to business strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog and translate needs into epics and features.
• Lead multi-functional teams across business, architecture, engineering, QA, and UX.
• Monitor product progress with dashboards and key metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery aligned with business value.
