Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• PMP or other PM certification preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience with project management.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing process changes and running large, complex projects.
• 5+ years’ experience in large-scale Programs/Projects.
• Experience across multiple project types including technology and non-technology projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
• Experience managing programs and analyzing complex execution plans, risks, issues and decisions.
• Strong customer service skills with problem solving and resolution.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs and act as a strategic thought partner.
• Drive alignment across customer groups, business functions and partner groups for seamless program execution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, manage dependencies and risks, ensure budget/resource adherence.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure programs deliver expected business outcomes and ROI.
• Mentor and guide project/ program management personnel, promoting continuous improvement.
• Establish governance and manage risks and dependencies across programs.
• Promote open communication and accountability across teams.
