Job summary

You will lead managers and technical teams, partner with business customers to improve data accessibility, drive roadmaps, and govern data platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related technology disciplines.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers, technical teams, or cross-functional organizations.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data platform solutions.
- Ability to build strong business partnerships, influence stakeholders, and lead sophisticated initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and technical teams across analytics, reporting, and data platform functions.
- Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations aligned to business outcomes.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with business and technology leaders.
- Lead delivery and support of enterprise analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data platform solutions.
- Drive analytics roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and scalable platform capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, well-governed, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Establish best practices for data management, analytics delivery, reporting and operational support.
