Temco Logistics LLC seeks a Manager, Enterprise PMO to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, safety, and technology. You will report to the CFO and partner with executive leadership to drive execution, governance, and outcomes.

The role requires a technology-forward PMO mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, PM, operations, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PM, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills.
• Technology-forward PM approach with PM software, automation, dashboards.
• PMO governance, reporting frameworks experience.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or multi-site operations.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives and business transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and implementation of strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to define scope, priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple enterprise-level projects with alignment to goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish governance processes, reporting structures, and accountability.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and performance.
• Facilitate executive reviews, stakeholder discussions, and decision sessions.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and business cases for visibility.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, Technology, and Facilities.
• Develop tools and frameworks for cross-functional collaboration and visibility.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; enable change management.
• Advise executives with strategic recommendations and insights.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
• Support long-term growth through prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives.
