Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate Accenture’s role as trusted advisor to clients translating business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions that drive measurable value.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Lead the creation of architecture blueprints for complex technology environments, incorporating AI as a core component.
• Evaluate the technology portfolio and identify opportunities to reuse, replace, or modernize architectural components to drive strategic value.
• Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics and AI trends to propose changes to existing architectures.
• Identify and define EA capabilities, roles, and skills for long‑term maturity in an AI-enabled environment.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into architecture analysis and decision-making to accelerate insights.
• Support sales and business development, including proposals and account growth.
• Navigate Accenture’s global network to develop EA insights and solutions.
• Lead large-scale technology transformation programs delivering measurable business value.
