Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement.
• Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze complex business scenarios.
• Leadership, change management and program/project management experience.
• Experience in integrating new technological and process solutions.
• Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic and portfolio management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives toward strategic enterprise integration and alignment of processes, data, and systems that impact a given business unit.
• Analyze and define technical solutions and recommend process changes or enhancements to meet business needs.
• Act as a key liaison between business units for processes, data, reports, testing, and training.
• Design and implement action plans to realize benefits from continuous improvement projects.
• Facilitate demand management and prioritization for improvement opportunities.
• Serve as solution designer and project lead for continuous improvement initiatives.
