Job summary

Workforce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant in Roseland, NJ. You will configure the WFS Suite to address each client’s unique requirements, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll perform coding, testing, and troubleshooting while expanding your consulting and product-knowledge through training and certifications. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of software implementation experience and strong JavaScript, HTML, and SQL

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software implementations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
• Experience with packaged software systems or complex internal applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite to meet client requirements.
• Understand product configuration requirements and impact on databases.
• Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
• Guide complex issues including admin and configuration challenges.
• Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance promptly.
• Create complex formulas using math or programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure requirements are met.
