Job summary

Branch is expanding its Forecasting & Planning function in Canada to shape strategic demand planning across Enterprise and B2B channels. You will partner with Sales and Account Management to translate signals into demand forecasts and guide scenario planning.

This is a hands-on, upstream role focused on methodology and tooling to accelerate growth. The team relies on strong cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytics, and AI-assisted insights to optimize revenue and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, or forecasting.
• Experience with B2B/non-DTC planning is a strong asset.
• Ability to think strategically about forecast assumptions and upstream work.
• Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise/B2B channel forecasting ownership with Sales and Account Management.
• Own higher-level forecasting methodology and assumptions feeding the revenue forecast.
• Build and maintain BigQuery-based data pulls; automate reporting and forecasting workflows.
• Represent planning in cross-functional forecast reviews with Sales, Finance and Product.
• Partner with Product Development on demand forecasting for new launches.
• Own lifecycle management and recommendations tied to merchandising strategy.
• Identify and implement improvements to forecasting models and tools.
