Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking an experienced Demand Planning & Forecasting leader to own Enterprise forecasting, collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Product, and drive strategic demand planning across multiple channels. Build data pipelines, automate workflows, and apply AI to speed analysis.

You will partner on new product introductions and lifecycle decisions, improving forecast accuracy and inventory decisions as the business scales.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of experience in demand planning or forecasting roles.
Experience with B2B/non-DTC planning is a strong asset.
Ability to think strategically and influence forecasts, not just execute a plan.
Strong cross-functional communication skills for presenting to non-planning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own Enterprise/B2B channel forecasting and planning in collaboration with Sales and Account Management.
Lead strategic demand planning for multiple channels (DTC, Enterprise, Amazon, Wholesale).
Build and maintain BigQuery-based data pipelines and automate forecasting workflows.
Represent planning in cross-functional reviews with Sales, Finance, and Product.
Partner with Product Development on NPI forecasting for new launches.
Shape lifecycle strategy including discontinuation timing and inventory risk.
Improve forecasting models, cadences, and tooling as complexity grows.
Provide ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
