Job summary

Brother International Corporation seeks a Senior Specialist, Sales Analytics & Forecasting to support demand, financial, and inventory planning by analyzing POS data and co-creating sales forecasts aligned with GTM strategies.

This hybrid role collaborates with demand planning and GTM teams, manages budgets, monitors forecast accuracy, and communicates with parent company and regional teams to align sales, supply chain, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics (5+ years).
• Experience in S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in budget support activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS and inputs to create forecasts for demand planning.
• Co-create product category forecasts with demand planning.
• Review GTM promotional deals and translate to demand planning.
• Analyze and monitor channel inventory and obsolete inventory.
• Assist with annual/quarterly/monthly sales budgets and month-end reports.
