- Seven years of experience managing, maintaining and implementing significant technology programs and related teams
- Experience leading cross-department IT initiatives and managing security governance
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the technology strategy aligned with City objectives; oversee integration and evaluation of new technologies
- Lead and manage Development Services and Business Automation teams; hire, train, and evaluate staff
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of systems; oversee upgrades and scalable deployments
- Budget and resource allocation for IT initiatives; negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationships
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and risk management; monitor threats and conduct audits
