Job summary

City of San José is seeking an UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer (Enterprise Supervising Technology Analyst) in the Information Technology Department. You will automate manual processes, partner with stakeholders, and design AI/OCR-enhanced workflows.

Lead automation efforts, ensure QA, and document solutions for ongoing maintenance. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of related experience, including lead work on automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 4 years of progressively responsible professional/journey level experience.
• Lead technical work in development and maintenance of enterprise automation or system integration solutions.
• Experience with RPA, AI, OCR, and integration with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design scalable automation solutions.
• Develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows, bots, and applications using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Integrate RPA with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
