Job summary

Sanofi in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Enterprise Data Strategy Lead to define and deliver multi-year data roadmaps across R&D, Medical Affairs, Launch Excellence, and Commercial functions. You will lead agile, matrixed teams to turn fragmented data into decision-grade insights supporting brand and market access strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma industry with Go-to-Market analytics or Launch Excellence experience.
• 2+ years in data strategy, Go-to-Market data strategy, or RWD/RWE leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy with multi-year roadmaps across all business functions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Safety, Brand Teams) to identify and prioritize data requirements and use cases.
• Identify and evaluate commercial and real-world data sources for fitness-for-purpose.
• Conduct enterprise-wide data and analytics assessments and gap analyses against business requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and investment governance to optimize data investments.
