Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Enterprise Data Strategy Lead to shape the data roadmap spanning R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial. You will guide data strategy, align with senior leaders, and drive multi-year roadmaps that turn fragmented data into decision-grade insights for brand, market access, and launch activities.

You will lead agile, matrixed teams, evaluate data sources, and ensure alignment with regulatory and strategic needs across global and local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical or biopharma analytics with GTM or market access focus.
• 2+ years leading data strategy, launch readiness or RWD/RWE initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver enterprise data strategy with multi-year roadmaps.
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial to identify data needs.
• Evaluate data sources and conduct gap analyses against business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional governance to optimize data investments and prevent duplication.
• Translate business questions into data-driven insights and priorities.
