Job summary

Regions Bank seeks an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct and mature architecture across enterprise information systems, data, security, and cloud initiatives. You will partner with TODD, business leaders, and engineering teams to ensure aligned strategies, robust governance, and resilient design.

The role requires eight+ years in multiple technology disciplines, including supervisory experience, with preferred banking/financial services exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field plus eight years of multi-discipline technology experience.
• Two years of supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Experience in banking or financial services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function with enterprise information systems and architecture viewpoints.
• Partners with senior leaders to align business and technology strategies and initiatives.
• Analyzes business drivers to derive architecture requirements across information, technical, and solution layers.
• Oversees development and implementation plans for EA/SA programs.
• Ensures scalable architecture for on-premises and cloud environments and ongoing documentation.
• Consults with project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpoints.
• Drives risk management and security considerations into architecture decisions.
