Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct architecture programs across enterprise information systems, data, and technology. You will partner with business leaders to define strategies, analyze trends, and drive secure, scalable architecture aligned with regulatory requirements.

The role oversees implementation plans, ensures architecture standards for on-prem and cloud, and leads cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function, coordinating architecture viewpoints across enterprise.
• Partners with business leaders to understand and advance business and technology strategies
• Leads identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive architecture requirements
• Analyzes industry trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise
• Analyzes current environment to detect deficiencies and recommend improvements
• Leads development of an implementation plan for EA/SA based on requirements and strategies
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and documentation of design and analysis work
• Consults with project teams to fit solutions to architecture across viewpoints
• Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture for on-premises and cloud
• Promotes EA/SA process and results to technology and business leaders
• Partners across TODD to ensure controls strengthen risk management and cyber security
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts
