Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct the program that develops, maintains, and leverages EA principles across the organization, including security architecture and cloud strategy.

Primary responsibilities include leading EA/SA, partnering with business leaders, analyzing drivers, and standardizing architecture for on‑prem and cloud while promoting risk management and disciplined change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment such as technical architecture, security architecture, solution architecture, network management, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management, or operations management.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function, coordinating architecture viewpoints across enterprise information systems, data, technical, and solution domains.
• Partners with business leaders to understand, support, and advance the enterprise's business and technology strategies.
• Leads analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive architecture requirements.
• Analyzes trends to determine potential impacts on the enterprise.
• Develops and implements an EA/SA implementation plan based on business requirements.
• Oversees EA/SA implementation, refinement, and documentation of design work.
• Consults with program teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpoints.
• Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture for on-premises and cloud.
• Promotes EA/SA processes and outcomes to technology and business leaders.
• Ensures risk management and compliance through disciplined change management.
