Job summary

Stripe's Customer Success team is seeking a motivated professional to manage a book of enterprise customers, delivering proactive workshops, business reviews, payments insights, and thought leadership to help users grow their business.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at engaging customers, and collaborates with sales, Technical Account Managers, and operations to align product, payments, and technology decisions for Stripe's enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise client-facing relationship management.
• Experience leading technical conversations with large organizations.
• Strong executive presence for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a sales context.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of enterprise customers and deliver proactive workshops and reviews.
• Provide payments insights and thought leadership to help users grow.
• Collaborate with sales, technical account managers, and operations on product/payment discussions.
• Drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction across accounts.
