Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Experience with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to customers, orchestrating cross-functional internal teams and engaging stakeholders to understand goals and deliver value narratives.
• Proactively build and maintain executive relationships to deliver outcome-driven value stories.
• Lead QBRs and strategic reviews to align on priorities and define next steps.
• Analyze adoption and usage trends to quantify value and drive recommendations.
