Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned People Engagement Business Partner to shape and deliver a strategic communications program for Commercial Services leadership. You will translate priorities into audience-first communications, coordinating cross-functional teams to align campaigns, transformation agendas and adoption across a global organization.

Qualifications

7+ years in internal communications within a global, matrixed organization.
5+ years advising business leaders and delivering communications for transformation or enterprise priorities.
Experience developing integrated, audience-first communications across channels.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for Commercial leadership and transformation programs.
Partner with HR, Marketing, Change, and other functions to translate priorities into communications and engagement plans.
Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing and risk.
Manage priority communications from intake to measurement and optimization.
Translate complex topics into clear, credible stories for global and targeted audiences.
Coordinate writers and channel owners to produce consistent content and reusable assets.
