Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Manager in Seattle to lead the highest-stakes enterprise cloud engagements and own critical escalations. You will coordinate across multiple teams, maintain trust with executives, and drive decisions that shape customer outcomes.

You will turn hard-won lessons into better processes, influence product direction, and mentor other leaders while aligning executives and stakeholders to clear paths forward.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior customer-facing experience.
• 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale IT or engineering programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience in a senior customer-facing role and leading cross-functional transformation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Visibility Escalations: own and drive responses for the most critical, executive-visible escalations across teams.
• Perform Under Pressure: bring calm, structure, and sound judgment to fast-moving, high-stakes situations.
• Orchestrate across sales, solutions architecture, enterprise support, professional services, and AWS partners.
• Create mechanisms and automation: develop escalation models, dashboards, and reports.
• Communicate & Advise: translate complex situations into clear recommendations for stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Lead & Develop Others: mentor leaders and develop them as thought leaders across teams and communities.
• Advocate for the Customer: provide actionable insights to inform AWS service improvements.
