Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive stakeholder management, negotiations, financial governance, and risk resolution.
• Ability to develop strategies, communicate complex information clearly, and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders; senior escalation point for accounts.
• Translate objectives into strategic account plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive business reviews, governance, and planning sessions.
• Develop growth plans; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with sales/solutions.
• Support renewals, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
• Ensure service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and governance across accounts.
• Present performance, risks, and recommendations to leaders; coordinate stakeholders.
