Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a Strategy Planning Advisor to report to the Managing Director of Visibility Experience. This strategic role drives operational excellence, supporting modernization programs and the governance backbone for the organization.

The SPA will influence leadership effectiveness and ensure successful delivery across critical programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of IT or business experience, including project management and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
• Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to Visibility product partners, supporting solutions including multiple commercialized tracking products.
• Function as the program manager for critical initiatives, including modernization of commercial and consumer tracking and cloud migration activities.
• Act as a key advisor to the Managing Director and provide direct support to the leadership team.
• Liaise with the GDIT chief of staff, providing required financial data, headcount updates, and special project status reports to the VP/SVP office.
• Conduct environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies.
• Coordinate input from all major business units to facilitate integration of plans and perspectives.
• Develop concepts into strategies with quantitative analyses and recommendations; screen plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability for senior management.
• Identify, research, analyze and make recommendations to support growth objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
