Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Strategy Planning Advisor to report to the Managing Director of Visibility Experience. This role drives operational excellence, leads critical modernization programs, and provides the backbone for seamless organizational operation across the FedEx enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
• Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to Visibility product partners, supporting tracking products.
• Function as the program manager for modernization initiatives for commercial and consumer tracking and cloud migration.
• Act as a key advisor to the Managing Director and provide direct support to the leadership team.
• Liaise with the VP/SVP office, providing financial data, headcount updates, and project status reports.
• Conduct environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies.
• Coordinate input from all major business units to integrate plans and best practices.
• Develop concepts into strategies with quantitative analyses and feasibility assessments.
• Identify, research, analyze and make recommendations to support growth objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
