Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Business Architect to deliver internal consulting services and change leadership to enhance the organization at the enterprise level. You will link business strategy to capabilities, people, process, technology, and information, and assist senior leaders with complex problems to drive improvements.
This senior role involves workshops, scenario planning, roadmapping, and developing enterprise business architecture models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 8+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Deliver internal consulting services and change leadership to enhance enterprise-level effectiveness.
- Link business strategy to capabilities, people, process, technology, and information.
- Assist senior leaders with large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems and drive improvements.
- Facilitate decision-making workshops with senior leaders from multiple departments.
- Apply business management consulting tools to drive data-driven decisions and planning.
- Develop enterprise business architecture models and translate strategies into roadmaps.
