The position emphasizes strategy translation into roadmaps, development of business architecture models, and data-driven decision making within a Hybrid-Flex, national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal consulting services and change leadership at enterprise level.
• Link business strategy to development of capabilities, people, process, technology, and information.
• Assist senior leaders with large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems and drive improvements.
• Contribute to development of enterprise business architecture models.
• Translate strategies into business roadmaps and annual project portfolios.
• Analyze current and future business states, performance gaps, and root causes.
• Understand business behavior patterns and how they interact to achieve goals.
• Monitor trends in business environment and incorporate into recommendations.
• Develop and execute enterprise business planning processes.
• Influence leaders in their use of business planning disciplines.
• Maintain working relationships with business leaders/strategy owners.
