Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect with a commanding role in shaping enterprise-wide architectures across complex, multi-product portfolios. You will lead governance, roadmaps, and strategic advisory work during pre-sales and client engagements.

You will bring deep EA leadership, TOGAF/Zachman proficiency, and ServiceNow domain knowledge to drive transformational outcomes for customers and partners, while mentoring teams and advancing platform governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or senior advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and portfolio governance.
• Proven ability to translate multi-domain portfolio decisions for C-suite.
• Ability to produce architecture artifacts: roadmaps, reference architectures, governance.
• Experience leading architecture reviews with enterprise customers.
• Experience evaluating AI integration within EA and governance.
• Strong communication of complex EA concepts to executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as architectural authority on enterprise platform portfolios across multi-product services.
• Define and govern scalable ServiceNow architectures using TOGAF or equivalent.
• Build relationships with product owners and customer architecture teams to influence roadmaps.
• Engage CXO stakeholders to shape enterprise architecture vision and roadmaps.
• Lead executive architecture workshops and portfolio governance sessions.
• Develop and refine enterprise architecture frameworks and reusable reference architectures.
• Mentor delivery teams and partners to elevate EA capabilities across the organization.
• Maintain expertise in TOGAF, Zachman and ServiceNow certifications across domains.
