Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking an Enterprise Architect, Digital Experience to lead the future of how brokers and customers interact with Brown & Brown digitally. You will define target-state architecture for broker tools, customer portals, CRM, and content platforms, aligning them across Salesforce and Adobe.

You will partner with delivery teams, domain architects, and leadership to build unconstrained roadmaps and translate them into fundable plans that drive scalable, secure experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years in IT with digital experience, CX, CRM, or front-end-adjacent architecture.
• 5+ years in Enterprise, Solutions, or Digital/CX Architecture leadership.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe platforms at an architectural level.
• Strong front-end architecture, design systems, and UX/CX pattern knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year target-state vision for broker/customer digital experience and the transition states to get there.
• Drive a unified enterprise experience architecture that serves Retail and Specialty Distribution on shared platforms and standards.
• Build unconstrained roadmaps, then reconcile them with delivery and finance for fundable plans.
• Evaluate emerging CX technology and recommend enterprise adoption paths.
• Define how broker-facing tools and customer-facing experiences connect as one coherent system.
• Guide platform and delivery teams on architectural fit, integration approach, and long-term scalability.
