Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks an Experienced Enterprise Architect to drive data & analytics initiatives and integrate IT with OT across Wood Products operations in Seattle, WA. You will partner with senior leadership to shape 5-year technology roadmaps, sustain architecture standards, and guide strategic investments.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions while advancing Industry 4.0 and AI/ML efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent
• Significant domain knowledge in enterprise architecture with data & analytics
• Experience with ERP, SCM, Manufacturing Ops and analytics systems

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies, standards, and roadmaps aligned with growth
• Lead development of technology strategies, patterns, and roadmaps
• Evaluate current technology portfolio and recommend enhancements
• Identify and align technology to business outcomes
• Facilitate problem solving and solutioning with stakeholders
• Coach and mentor others on IT processes and architecture skills
