Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT program management experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering AI/ML project delivery.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps).
• PMI certification (PMP/PgMP) desirable.
• SAFe certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage moderate to complex IT programs and projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop program plans with scope, timelines, resources, risk management and interdependencies.
• Oversee risk, issues, and change control; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams; foster collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular status updates to executives and sponsors.
