Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of progressive IT program management experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage moderately to complex IT programs and projects in the Wood Products space from initiation to completion.
• Develop program plans, governance structures, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate activities, track progress, and manage risks and issues across projects.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards; act as primary point of contact.
